MANNOL Modernized Over 70 Packaging Designs in 2024

A Year of Creative Expertise and Clear Brand Communication


Over the past year, MANNOL, together with other brands within the SCT Group, has modernized more than 70 packaging designs as part of an extensive redesign project. This ongoing initiative highlights the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer-oriented solutions. The ambitious project showcases the creative expertise of the design team and the strong focus on meeting customer needs.

“This redesign was more than just a visual update – it was a deliberate decision to emphasize our values and customer focus,” explains Konstantin Gaab, Managing Director of MANNOL / SCT Germany. “Our team has done outstanding work in creating designs that are both functional and visually appealing.”

Behind the Scenes: The Creative Process

The redesign was the result of a carefully structured process carried out in multiple stages:

  • •Concept Development: Initial sketches and design concepts were created to establish a new visual identity.
  • •Prototyping: The best designs were turned into prototypes and tested.
  • •Test Prints & Feedback: Prototypes underwent test printing, evaluations, and refinements based on internal discussions and customer feedback.
  • •Finalization: Only the designs that met both aesthetic and functional requirements were approved for production.

A special emphasis was placed on developing specific visual elements. Detailed illustrations of cars, motorcycles, and other vehicle types are now featured on the labels, enhancing brand recognition. Each product line received its own distinct visual identity, making navigation within the product range easier.
