    Carboxylate antifreeze (organic – OAT: Organic Acid Technology) – a ready-to-use solution (does not require dilution and protects the vehicle’s cooling system at temperatures down to -37 °C), with an extended service life and designed for year-round use in cooling systems of modern North American, Asian and European passenger cars as well as light commercial vehicles (including new hybrid vehicles) for which ethylene glycol-based antifreezes that meet GM DEXCOOL class requirements specified in GM6277M are recommended. Contains a corrosion inhibitor package based on aliphatic carboxylates.

    Properties:
    • Greater thermal conductivity and resistance to foaming compared to silicate-containing antifreezes;
    • Wide temperature range – protects against freezing in winter and maximally prevents the likelihood of overheating in summer;
    • Provides reliable protection for metals and alloys (brass, copper, alloy steel, cast iron, aluminum) from all forms of corrosion and prevents high-temperature corrosion of modern engine aluminum surfaces;
    • Has unique high-temperature properties and outstanding thermal stability. Provides optimum protection at high operating temperatures. Prevents scale formation;
    • Neutral to gaskets and hoses, compatible with all types of rubber and plastic parts of water pumps and cooling systems. Highly resistant to the formation of abrasive solid particles, helping to extend the service life of water pumps;
    • Has very low corrosion inhibitor depletion rates. If all operating rules are followed, even after 240,000 km, it retains more than 95 % of its initial corrosion inhibitor concentration;
    • The highly effective carboxylate additive package (OAT) ensures exceptional stability of antifreeze performance throughout its entire service life;
    • Does not contain silicates, nitrates, borates, phosphates, nitrites or amines (NAP free technology) – which contributes to extended service life;
    • Extended service life: 240,000 km (150,000 miles) or up to 5 years;
    • Highly stable during long-term storage – at least 5 and up to 8 years under favorable conditions;
    • To avoid loss of declared performance properties, it is not recommended to dilute this material with other coolants.

    Application:
    • Engines of passenger cars and light commercial trucks, regardless of the fuel type used;
    • All General Motors vehicles manufactured after 1995;
    • All Chrysler vehicles manufactured after 2001;
    • All Ford vehicles manufactured after 2003;
    • Industrial heating and cooling systems;
    • Systems requiring antifreeze free from nitrites and silicates;
    • Where antifreeze corresponding to GM DEXCOOL class and requirements GM 6277M, Ford WSSM97B44-D as well as ASTM D3306, D2809, D4985, D138 is required;
    • Can be used in mixed fleets with passenger cars and light commercial vehicles from different manufacturers.
