MANNOL Graphite Grease Ester is an anti-scuffing grease based on highly refined mineral oils with calcium soap-based thickener and the addition of synthetic esters and special lubricating graphite. The base oil is a mineral oil with a viscosity in the range of 90–110 mm2/s at 40 °C.

Designed for lubrication of: car springs, fifth-wheel couplings, open gears, worm gears, bolt threads exposed to corrosion, chains and other highly loaded friction units operating in the temperature range from -20 °C up to +60 °C. Can be used as a common assembly grease. Resistant to cold water. Not suitable for lubrication of any automotive units except springs. Should not be used in rolling bearings and other precision mechanisms.

Properties:
- The presence of synthetic esters in the composition significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-scuffing and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- Keeps its operational properties from -20 °С up to +60 °С;
- Has excellent water resistance;
- Reliably protects against corrosion during operation of the equipment in a contaminated environment for a long period of time;
- Thanks to the presence of lubricating graphite it has high anti-scuffing properties and resistance to impact loads;
- The grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from date of production.

Application:
- Lubrication of leaf springs and balance levers of motor vehicles;
- Can be used as an assembly lubricant in bolt and sealing joints and other fasteners;
- In maintenance of warehouse equipment for lubrication of telescopic boom guides or chain drive components;
- In agricultural machinery, in particular for lubrication of the mechanism and parts of the hinge and drive of various equipment with open joints, screw mechanisms and chain drives;
- Not suitable for use in rolling bearings of motor vehicles.
